Both Alastair and Ed have enjoyed much success buying yearlings both privately and at public auction. Their success is particularly reflected in a high winners to runners ratio. Alastair & Ed attend all the European yearling sales and can also travel to the major North American and Australian public auctions.
Alastair and Ed have bought yearlings for many top class trainers including Andrew Balding, Harry Charlton, Ralph Beckett, Roger Varian, Michael Bell, the late Sir Henry Cecil, Richard Hannon, Charlie Hills, Eve Johnson Houghton, Ed Walker and Ger Lyons. Yearlings have also been bought for Juddmonte Farms.
